On June 6, 2005 I called your company because I was having problems with the icemaker on my Maytag refrigerator. Your service technician, Jared Jendel, arrived at my house at the arranged time. He correctly diagnosed the cause of the problem and replaced the defective components. I was quite impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Jared in the execution of his duties. Within five minutes of arriving at my house he had identified the cause of the problem. He then explained to me what that problem was and gave me an estimate of the charges to fix it. Overall, Jared was very polite and courteous. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable in his work. He repaired my icemaker in a minimal amount of time and was then on his way to his next call. I was very pleased with the services I received from your company and will call again the next time that I need work done on a major appliance.
